To fast-track the enrollment process, you may also visit our school with the following required enrollment documents:

Two proofs of address: eg Utility Bill, credit card statement, lease, etc.
State Issued ID or Passport
*Proof of withdrawal from the previous school
*Health Form / Student Immunization Records
*School Transcript
Program documents such as ESE, ESOL, etc.

* Additional documents needed for out of district, out of state or out-of-country students
